Azure Emulator No Friends & Chat

So I have never used any versions of habbo other than r63 and I was playing around with the latest UI and Azure, I seem to have everything configured fine except there is no friends or chat as you can see below. Side note there is also no add friend button above users, is there some achievement that you have to get to be able to have friends or something? I have tried 3 different habbo.swfs and they all do the same thing.

I had this same problem I just went a step back and did Azure 2.100 or w.e the last version was.
