any good reliable vps?

hey guys so at the moment my hotel is hosted with terrum. and i keep on getting someone forcing my vps to blue screeen and freeze and terrum dosent seem to want to reply i have waited 2 days he assured me that my vps was secured but people are still doing it ??? time for a change of vps host ??? what do you guys think???? any good suggestions? on how i could stop them doing this with my current vps or link me to a good vps host that awnsers his tickets and helps his customers !

okay thank you buddy. i have orderd a new cms. just need to get my back up off terrums. he has not repiled. to my emails so now i got to sit and wait haha

I wouldn't recommend HostSavor, as it's not a professional company
OVH, if you enable permanent mitigation, or Limestone Networks if you can afford it

That's easy to fix , most likely they are using a program called RDP Kill. I've had this happen before just check the vps for updates and install them , one of the several updates fix it.
