• UNIT - Unilateral Intelligence Taskforce - Based out of Area 69 Military Base and the UNIT Corporate Facility (custom mapped building in Las Venturas Docks), they are a highly trained taskforce, privately funded to help the fight against organized crime and protect our citizens.
• BCSD - Bone County Sheriff's Department - Based out of both the Las Venturas Police Department and the Fort Carson Sheriff's Office, these highly trained individuals patrol the streets to keep them safe for all citizens.
• SASP - San Andreas State Patrol - Based out of their South Las Venturas facility (custom mapped location), they work with BCSD and UNIT to patrol the entire state of San Andreas, protecting citizens state wide.
• FDSA - Fire Department of San Andreas - Rescuing citizens state wide from dangerous situations and protecting them from any and all fires whether natural or criminal.
• SHS - State Health Services - Providing you with top notch medical care and research since 2008!

• Gaspetta Family - Leaders in the organized criminal world, based out of the Visage of LV (custom mapping)
• The ________ - A hidden society of criminals, controlling and manipulating much of the criminal world
• The Nortenos - Based out of the Bone County Abandoned Airfield (custom mapping)
• Death Row - Based in Las Venturas, committing crimes of all types, small or large. (custom mapping)
• Ready and Able Mercenaries - A rather new group of mercenaries, who do any work for the right price. (custom mapping)
