Account is glitched (stuck at 76%)

After searching online for a solution these last few days, I haven't been able to figure it out; (using BrainCMS)

I have 2 accounts that are glitched (shows they are online when they are not, get stuck at 76%). When logging into other accounts it works completely fine, its just these 2 accounts.

What I've tried so far with no luck
-clear cache/cookies on chrome/ie/e
-dc command ig (can't find the user)
-ban command ig and in db
-restarting the hotel
-different computer
-checked users in db for anything unusual

Something weird I have noticed - when I search rooms by room owner and type in the user for the glitched account, the entire browser will freeze which leaves me having to reload.

Here are the errors showing on the emu.

If someone could direct me in the direction it would be highly appreciated!

Yes I found about 4 blank entries for both glitched users only, after correcting both we are able to log into the accounts. All good now, thank you.
