Account Glitched [PLUS EMU]

Hi Guys, so last night I tried adding a public room to the section in db called "navigator_piblics_ and updated navi on the client and when I went on the navigator I disconnected, so I emptied the table in the db and now peoples users are glitched including mine.
How can I fix this?

It's due to your structure , did you recently update your packets?
