2 simple things I need help with!

Hello devbest I am sorry i am borthering everyone But I need help with 2 things!

1. My staff page isnt hiring anyone i put the ranks as 5-6 for subscriptions but when I hire a user it doesnt show up .

2. How do I add vip page for users that have brought vip for an example it would be like
Gold VIP
(users here)
Sliver VIP
(users here)
Bronze VIP
(Users here)

Please help me please please!
