Looj at the source code where it defines where the top storys directory is? Does the image name appear in the database in cms_news?

In your api config, change this;

Try these:
Clear your cache and reload your hotel, this sometimes works.
Check if your variables links match up to your SWFs
Check if your config for your client matches up to your SWFs
Check if your firewall is enabled
If you believe all of these are right, then change SWFs
