in game news phoenix 3.7 r63 [HELP]

can some1 please help me. i want to remove the ingame news because it gets stuck loading iv disabled it in my vars reloaded emu and cleared cache but it still shows up when you time out of a room / when you use :unload is thre any way of compleatly removeing this ? thanks in advance
