try phpmyadmin cms_settings and look at the urls in there and has examples for you, did you also go to exernal_variables and change all the urls to your ip or url also edit the index.php and or config.php

yes I connected uberdb and emulator and it is working fine only thing is client idk if I connected the swf paths and web buid correctly.
