Need help with hotel and also need an EMU

I need a good EMU to use because phoenix is giving me trouble, it says something about installing a .net frame, I must be the only one getting that error.

So if you know an EMU for me to download that works with REVCMS 1.9.9.9.

I also have revcms 4.0 that I haven't set up yet, I just want to get started on this project but this is the error I get.

Yeah u need sql connector download it to make phoenix work and then make sure ur config is correct

sql connector? I don't know what that is. I have a phpmysql set up xampp is set up emulator is up hamachi is up but still get the same error

Well, devbest doesn't support hamachi, Show me a picture of your EMU. If the EMU is legit, I might help.

I think the config is wrongg.... Go into the Config file and copy line 45 and post it.
