I know that, I was just recommending to use IIS rather than XAMPP.

I would recommend IIS. Xampp has many issues now.

Also, I wouldn't recommend using FluxRP Cms or Rage CMS as I believe they're exploited, unless you can fix the SQL Injection issue. People can SQL Inject - rank themselves, give them selves SP without Database.

As from what Liam said above I believe this isn't patched and still exploited - Wouldn't recommend for use. :)
