Are you sure that your Database has all of the tables? By what you're describing it doesn't sound like this is the case.
Also, for SQLSTATE[HY00] [2054] are your database credentials correct? are you running the correct/required version of MySQL?

It says something about vendor, though I don't think that's it, go ahead and look over all of your paths & configuratins and make sure that your URLS are all correct, in the right format, etc.
Double check everything, it's possible you've missed something in one of your configurations, or one of your paths is incorrect.
Open up dev console if you're still unsure, it'll show errors telling you where you've went wrong.
