Erm, I struggled to read that. But, to fix your problems, it'll be something to do with the ports and IP's. Check them over, and it should be fine.

Well, there's no real way to prevent your CMS. Every CMS contains atleast 1 or 2 exploits. Only way to fix if find them yourself, and "repair" them.

I think it's a cracked EMU, and he's using PhoenixPHP
