Its means that you have to update your habbo.swf if you want to look your navigator to look like that and some of your stuffs.

It really depends upon you. having a phoenix license will always get you up to date with some new things and here at DevBest we dont support cracked emulators.

Your phoenix emulator that you have right now maybe it is not up to date. you should get the latest version and I suggest you use a license phoenix emulator.
