now, I made VIP default number to 1 but still I go to my database but they dont get the VIP yet?

Hello, I think my navicat have just expired but I tried re-downloading a new navicat on my vps for a trial version but it seems it dont let me to use the trial now I think it needs me to get the paid version. Is there another to get it working?
