Well, you can run on any OS apart from Linux. (Unless you know how host an Emulator elsewhere). But I'd advise you to use Windows Server 2008 (if on a VPS) or Windows 7 seeming as those are what most Habbo related servers are compatible with. Hope this was somewhat kind of assistance.
