Turn on PHP Error reporting. IIS Server Manager -> Default Website -> PHP -> Error Reporting -> "On" Then we can see what the problem is.

Not planning on making it butterfly compatible seeming as I don't know about the SSO of it nor the Database tables it needs.

Uniqueness - Something no-one else. I would love to see in a retro; A good CMS and a mature staff team. Now-a-days, retros will have noobish staff and tech's who can do nought. Aswell as that, a unique name, nothing with "Hab" in the front.
