Check your external_variables.txt / external_flash_override_texts / external_override_variables for misconfigurations and typos, Like mine: .swfs instead of .swf because this is what happened to me.

Mine is the other way around, Creating the badge, the badges are visible but after that: There's no badge shown

White Screen is caused by TYPOS or misconfiguration in the external_Texts and Variables, Black Screen is caused by Flash not being Enabled.
