ugh shit, im not too good with perms this is gunna be a bummer. ill have a look I've just found out, it's not the permissions... In the rooms, it's automatically set as "Who can kick > users with rights". I don't know how i could change this.

If it's a separate page, go to htdocs/wwwroot > app > tpl > skins > {your skin} > and look for the page called wiki or what ever it's called.
