Edit this file: C:\\xampp\htdocs\inc\tpl\head-init.tpl to change the name. Make sure you have this file: C:\\xampp\htdocs\.htaccess if not you'll have to re-download the files. This is presuming you are using xampp and it is in the default directory.

I agree with Kieran, As I live in the UK which has the National Health Service funded by taxes, I know that this is successful and Josh I put this to you, what if you've contributed alot to your country, i.e. fighting in the Army or contributions to medical research but fall ill or are injured...

Firefox 4 Beta is so much better than this ;) Internet explorer is probably the worst browser, all they've done is added a small amount of features and tried to make it popular by saying it's beta and people think 'oooh, I'm getting to test somthing before everyone else!'
