Forgot to add you need to download a CMS (the habbo theme website ) -.- YOU DONT NEED WEBHOST FORGET THAT WORD :P

you do not need webhost you need a VPS ( a webhost is for hosting websites ) VPS needed to host the emulator (phoenix) to run hotel.

Buy a domain name, Buy a VPS, buy a Phoenix license, mush them all together and wholla
