Yes its because you have a voting page on your index, That is against the rules other hotels will have them yes because nobody has reported them, report them and RastaLulz will take a look into it :D

To get unbanned simply take any voting pages off apart from client and make sure you only have 1 account then simply PM RastaLulz requesting to be unbanned

Main reason could be that it was reported for having the voting api on other pages apart from the client and/or you have mutiple account on thehabbos.org to get up on the list.
