Ahh I see, so you're using azure emu too i'm guessing? It did that with my hotel too and I could never figure it out.

Open up start, click administrative tools, click firewall, then open up new ports using second. Make sure they are tcp and udp.

@Habgo Try starting out with a 512mb ram vps for now, they're cheap, like 5$ USD a month. Untill you get 30+ users online stick with 512.
