Yes, I suggest because you've blocked out the IP bit, because you're using your own IP? Make sure the end bit matches up to your iPv4 Address, I will show; The bit circled, you add to the end of the IP address bit you have blocked out. Make sure you also forward the ports 30000 and 30001 :)...

Include more screenshots, and no tutorial has ever done a swf setup guide (decent one) with it, so do that. Look around the section and check other tutorials, find out how to improve your thread. It isn't just about content, it is about looks too. And also simplicity.
