For that other issue.. Also, whenever I try and turn off mySQL strictmode using this code sql-mode="NO_STRICT_TRANS_TABLES, NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION" in the my.ini I get a 1067 error... Any idea why?

I don't think so, unless the persons computer is running on a older un-updated version... Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think v26 will work. I'd try updating to r63.

As I said above, shockwave DOES NOT work with many computers anymore, due to the updates.
