Go to your database and find hk_fuses and see which rank is required to login. This is most likely your problem. Illumina have rank 9 as minium rank for logging in and 11 for the rest. You can simply change these by editing minrank.

Make sure your vars are correct. Does it connect to your emulator? Any connections dropped or is it just blank?

Is it as soon as you open the client or does it load first?

When trying to load simple HTML (with no PHP) does it load blank? If yes; the fix for that seems to be to enable Static Content in the Turn Windows features On/Off manager. I don't exactly know what your problem is, but I've had this problem myself and I know it makes you pissed off.

RevCMS doesn't use TPLs. Just look in the plugins folder in the rev section.

So what's the deal with the TLP file? There is no TLP files in rev?

Which CMS are you using? IlluminaCMS?
