Have you put the cms in htdocs? Aswell as config it?

Make sure you change "%predefined%" to your domain/ip. If its not that then check your config.php and make sure your path to the external variables are correct.

Why not give it a shot yourself? Instead of getting other people to do it for you. Find tut on the forums and do you have skype opened if so close it and your ports will be opened.

No you wouldn't lol. Service is unavailable is something to due with your iis not your ip. You don't need the ip to make the website say that. You use the domain instead of the ip. All you need to do is patch it in url rewrite and you should be fine.

That is nothing to do with your ip. They are hitting you with XML-RPC or Http-Get you need to get it patched in iis.

Have you added the fix to it? If so check your navigator table.
