Someone set up my hotel "Localhost Xampp" Via TV

I'm having troubles with Xampp as I normally use
IIS on my VPS but i'm not using a VPS for Xampp
I'm doing it via Localhost.

Is it possible if someone set's it up for me over Teamviewer
as I want to use it for experimental purposes I have all the SWFS, CMS, SQL, EMU etc
ready it just need putting together and my Xampp won't go to localhost might be a port problem..

Why not give it a shot yourself? Instead of getting other people to do it for you. Find tut on the forums and do you have skype opened if so close it and your ports will be opened.

I have skype closed they're both running, Apache and SQL but they don't load up on localhost or IP.​

Have you put the cms in htdocs? Aswell as config it?

Yes I have config it, Mysql won't open up either even though its running.

What exactly comes up when u go to localhost?

I had this setup for you.. and I even made the index.php and it worked just fine.. what did you to do it
