Why are you using cracked phoenix? 3.11 is now free and is downloadable. Theres a stickied thread about it in the releases section. If the problem persists after you change to actual phoenix, post your external_variables and RevCMS config.

Your need to Capitalize every ID/Class makes it look odd and quite messy.
