It is currently in beta, but everyone has their own opinion. I guess you either like or dislike the theme. As for invites, any member can invite others. I got an invite code from another friend and can now give unlimited invites to others. So PM me if you want one.

Like I told you in PM :) Just make a couple of simple websites first. You only just completed one course. You are no expert and should probably get comfortable with HTML & CSS if you are interested in web development before starting any programming languages.

I just code them responsively by hand. I might go for a grid system sometime though. It's not really cheating.. it's just optimizing your time.
