The packets are wrong way round. I can't remember the exact ones, maybe GetOwnOffers and RedeemOffers etc.
It's based off the Initial release of Plus in 2016. R1 and R2 came after that.

If it gets to 100% then it means the connection has been accepted.
Like @Blasteh said, it's most likely due to your Furnidata.xml. Either it's not linked correctly or there's errors within it. Check your console logs and see if it says 404 error.
