Make sure you don't have https://www. or just http://www. The "www" wont load the site, Remove that and it'll prolly load.

You have to open the emulator in visual studios and search the entire project for 'camera' and where it says false; or something along those lines make it true; and debug and your good to go.

I've never heard of TurnKey before but it could be either a VPS issue or a host issue, Do you have any logs that come out of the emulator? If you are looking to switch I would look into HostSavor they are reliable and have pretty affordable prices imo.

HabboPHP is an installer that was released long ago to support v26 retros, The link he specified is using a version of HabboPHP converted to IIS. HabboPHP requires Apache which is on xampp and it is also suggested to use xampp with HabboPHP. It comes with everything premade its just an installer...

If im not mistaken that is HabboPHP which you can find an active download by searching only issue is getting it to convert to IIS bc it was made for xampp.
