Habbo Hamachi not working

Hi, me and my friend are trying to connect to my Habbo retro using Hamachi, the issue is that I can connect to it, but my friend cant.

I've followed these tutorials:

I've switched out everything for the Hamachi IP except for the MySQL Configuration, but still only I can connect to it. If I try to connect via localhost I still get redirected to the Hamachi IP.

Yes, even though i Open the ports they remain locked. Not sure what is causing this though, I've tried portforwarding with more than just Habbo bit they always remain locket.
