[release] Diceroller and failed login log

Hey Devbest! I have been working on a cms for sometime which is a habbo themed cms. Hadn't done much on it but added stuff's but now i am doing my first release with some of the stuff i added, it's a diceroller and a failed login attempts log. To start with the dice roller, it's like you place a number from 1-9 and press roll the system would do a random number and if it matches you would get auto credits. It's been coded in a way where the 1st try is free, subsequent tries till 3 would be adding up with 250coins per go and well you can change it if you dont like, however there is still some error's in it if you can fix it feel free to use it as i am pretty much occupied with real life stuff's. Secondly the failed attempts log, logs almost all the failed attempts to your account which would show the ip address your account had been trying to gain access. Hope you guys like the release!

Showing sensitive data to users = chaos. Since you showed them the IP, you might as well just show them the user's password and any other sensitive data you collect.

This is how it's supposed to be done, just to be honest, I almost made the same mistake you committed until @Sledmore brought my attention to it months ago and I fixed it asap:

LOL. You didn't make this, and the community is dying because of people like you all. Atleast i took the effort to do it.

I believe it is fine to share the IP, they try to hack you, you deserver their IP. And if it was you who put the wrong password, then showing an IP is not going to matter.

Sledmore didn't guide me, I've had problems with the front-end/styling (because that's not my domain, I only do back-end) and he helped, he also suggested a few improvements to the code, but that's about it. And that was months ago before his Skype got hacked. Get your shit straight.

It might not be your sensitive information, but your lack of knowledge may just screw anyone who uses this, like you said, many retro players and even owners are lazy and in most cases, they know jack shit about what they're doing, so if they don't know how to edit what you 'coded'? What if they use it the way you gave it out and they're users start getting booted and what not? Then there would be only one person to blame, you.

If they didn't try access your account, you would not have their IP. Therefore, you should DDoS them

That's not my point, my point is, you're responsible for your code, if you code something that gives out user sensitive data, that IS your responsibility. It is your responsibility to make something that's good for users, not harmful. Sure, sensitive data IS logged, but it's only available to staff with clearance to process data. Chill, Mayhem. It is to my knowledge that this is not released anywhere, I showed it to him months ago when I was working on something, he liked the idea and he did his best to make something like that, you got to give it to him that he did his best.

Regardless whether he copied this or not, who would give a fuck if someone attempted to login as you? No one is effected if the login is invalid, how about you create something that people would actually use. Imo this system is shit and pointless but I'm a nobody so who cares.
