It's the Habbo layout for a start. Of course it's the same. zCMS and UberCMS are based off the same webbuild. It is clearly zCMS, If you have even bothered to look at the source before commenting shit you would know that. Unless you think I'd be botherded to to go into the core of the files and start renaming things "zap.conf" because I'm a zCMS Fanboy.

This is a IIS based CMS. If you use Xampp I doubt you will go far anyway.

How can something primarily developed in PHP be only for IIS? You do realize PHP is natively used on linux servers (although it's evidently cross platform compatible). Just because there is no htaccess file does not mean 'it will not go far', someone with the smallest amount of knowledge in regex and apache could easily create one.

I don't find this useful, but what edits did 'you' do exactly?
