Youtube Banner - What you guys think?

Today I like to show you my latest work for my coming youtube channel; about gaming. "A Banner". I know its empty. Thats why I'm posting here, to hear your idea and suggestions. *My First attempt on youtube banner"

Yeah I'm not a fan of the contrast on this. Readability is kind of difficult. I'd maybe blue the background and go for a more solid, easy going font-face (sparing the effects).

Too basic. Try to design something more creative, instead of a Googled wooden plank background and a 10 second text edit.

Urmmm, yeah it was a fast work. Just don't know what color scheme to use & what to put etc. computer or figures maybe?

Its neat and simple, maybe add some social links at the bottom like twitter and twitch!

I'd ditch the wooden effect looks to much like it's been pre-made go for something like this
