WPF data is not set

Hi guise,

I am basically trying to create my own application based on xaml in desktop. I am pretty much in the beginning stage and I banged into a problem, so the issue is basically like when I go to my "Notifications" page and turn on the button, it is up till I leave to another page. So when I come back from another page eventually my buttons go back to off. I feel that the issue is due to not having a fixed value thus everytime I go back to the page the value automatically reloads resulting in fallback to the original state. I was wondering if there is a way for me to fix it, Hope you guise could help me out with this.

Normal:

You must be registered for see images attach

After on-ing:

You must be registered for see images attach

Coming back to the same page after being to another:

You must be registered for see images attach

Unless the data is saved/updated somewhere, it will always go back to it's normal state when you leave the site, because it doesn't really do anything.
