Would this be a Good low budget Gaming PC [AMD APU]?

Hey, I'm wondering if this would play a few games on low / medium settings (No new titles). It's for a mate and he plays ALOT of Minecraft. So, Would this build run Minecraft?

As far a low budget PC gaming goes, a low tier PC should set you back around £400. Don't believe the AMD APU fan-girls when they say APU's are the best thing the industry has to offer for your money, dedicated cards will always give you more bang for your buck.

Where's the i7 for the hyper-threading?
