Also why do American tv shows look so outdated/lack production quality compared to UK.. Take the inbetweeners for example the USA copied the script of UK exactly and their cast is horrific/not even funny

This is actually a very old host. The new host, Steve Harvey, hosts a relatively newer Family Feud that looks more modern.
