Wordpress error help?

When i try uploading this wordpress theme that i have, it gives me some weird error saying:

Unable to create directory /home/u083059440/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Can some one help please? Thanks.

Try downloading wordpress again and upload it to your public_html map. If the problem is still there, that theme may not be working for wordpress anymore.

This is your WebServer, try using another host.

I had the same problem. Try uploading it using the admin panel located at /wproot/wp-admin
