I have an emulator that is unreleased and is Azure or Plus ( renamed plus but some people who I let access say it's Azure.). It has really fast magic arrows, habbo coded teleporters but no commands or anything. I can't develop it all by myself. I'm willing to pay someone to make guns, commands and staff commands.
