Wireds for bots

I have seen new wireds for bots in habbo retros but not seen one that I could see really useful.. and that is the "WIRED effect: Bot talks or whispers to user".. Have anyone of you guys seen it in any habbo retro? and is it even possible to add to own habbo retro yet? If it is possiblke to add please let me know!
