Thought you guys would like to see a preview of my latest layout I'm working on. I may not release it but sell it to a mate of mine who is thinking of making one.

That looks pretty good but its not the sort of design that I like.

Maybe get some nice bright colors that kind of match into a design? Not super bright colors but colors that are soft on the eyes.

Looks nice, but if it's going to be a habbo fansite you're going to want to add abit more too it. Like bit more images, maybe a few more pages and such.

Really good layout you made there Yes it would be better with a DJ says being marquee'd.What software did you use to make the template? (Paint,Photoshop,etc..)
