Willing to pay for anyone's emulator with No Errors and it has to be stable on a working retro. You can't trick me into using Mercuy cause that's fucking free, I want to buy something that's being used on a good retro with a good amount of players.

Most R63B retros are running by Mercury, Plus emu and Bcstorm. All of them are free, with no errors and stable with a little touch up here and there. Only a very slim percentage of people run on their own edits, and probably they won't give it to you just like that as they wouldn't want any competetors for them. If you want a own custom R63B emulator then I would suggest do it yourself from the scratch, if you can't then take the emulators out there and use them as base to build a best one out for your retro.

Most emulators will not run errors if setup correctly, had to work for someone to release it
