Why i cant access housekeeping!

When i try to access housekeeping (i use IIS7) 500 error apears (i followed Vineen's IIS tut)

Try to delete web.config and download Helicon APE. It works here

Keep web.config or you're dead. Just install Helicon APE, make sure you did all the steps written on the tutorial. Most people goes like this:
Tutorial = havoc.
