Saw this album of a guy who recently got divorced and lost his job who decided to take a road trip with his buddy from San Francisco to northernmost region of Alaska.


Looks like one hell of an experience.

This is something I've considered doing if I were to do a gap year before going to UNI, originally it was route 66 on some kitted out bikes with mates but that sounds dull compared to this, especially scenery wise anyway. Travelling should be done at any opportunity, I've never heard anyone say it's not worth it. Obviously I wouldn't pursue this guy, it's a hella long way, but even a snippet of the route seems fun.
