Who released these Custom/furni?

ive been trying to sorce this type of furni / custom thats been put into a retro that i play ive looked around other other forums and this and cannot find it. (may have been in wrong section), iknow its out tehre somewhere cause ive seen it on a few hotels.

Can sombody post the link of where the thread is that i can download it please. thanks
