White Screen

This is not a client white screen error, it's not even an error, so what's going on is that i've got Helicon APE, got cms config'd and emu and yes i've done the database. When i use the vps ip to try and access the hotel it just gives me a white page. I've never encountered such error. I'm so hopeless that i've referred to this section. Pls help asap.
