White screen on hk

Hey, on my HK for my hotel i keep getting a white screen... my hotel is R63B and using the new ui but when i goto /Hk it's just blank, i've searched online about this and i cant find anything. I'm using IIS btw.. i tried another cms aswell and that had the same problem with the hk being blank so i don't think it's the cms's ;/

Hope one off you can help me...
