White client Arcturus

First thing first i'ma say all the words inside my head, i'm fired up and tired of the way that thing's have been o oooo
I'm using Arcturus Emulator for my hotel and BrainCMS and it's giving a white client everytime trying to enter client. I've got PRODUCTION-201601012205-226667486 But i don't find a habbo.swf for arcturus? May anyone help me with this?

That usually means there is no connection between the client and the emulator.. Please check your ports and configurations.

Has anybody else tried accessing it or has it just been you? This may just be an issue you as an individual are experiencing.

It has been me only. I know how to deal with retros but i never used Arcturus..

Is it not worth getting somebody else to try and access it? May be a client side issue.

If this has already been fixed can you mark the best answer? I was looking at this looking to help to find you have had the issues resolved.

He had the wrong ports open, different ports on client.php and config.ini (30000 in client, 3000 in config.ini). SWFs weren't setup properly. Emulator was hosting on localhost, while client was looking for the public IP.
